The traditional XYZ coordinate allow guidance and operation in 3D, therefore cutting quality and precision can be retained despite changing thickness of the cut material. By installing jury-mast traverse along a C plane low hardness materials prone to waving and crumplin, such as films is made possible. The point of the process is that instead of a fixed head a negotiable head with a mounting to fasten it is introduced and is guided through software. The result: quicker cutting and a decrease in material waste, thus a decrease in costs. The machine’s construction furthermore allows the use of water-, plasma- and flame-cutter heads, thus allowing for a more flexible use.
