The main characteristic of the rotary dial shredder is strength and reliability. The device consists of a feeder and gorge. The feeding hole’s role is to provide unsupervised, simple transit of the material into the shredding space.  The core of the device is made up by th specially sharpened and tempered, grinder talons. The role of these talons to halt and move the raw material between the conjoined cutting discs placed on two or more axels.  The shredding is done by the also talon-shaped special cutting discs. In cases of material overdosage or it getting stuck the device will temporarily reverse its movements to prevent overloading and potential damage.
