The most important part of  single axel conical croups is the mandrel, which is equipped with the cutting tools. The shredder’s hydraulically guided pushplate pushes the material towards the mandrel. If the resistance proves too much, the electronic guidance pulls the pushplate back, thus reducing pressure. The shredders are given extra protection to insure longevity and safety.
